A fun and challenging cardiovascular and strength workout for all levels of fitness that burns calories! Experience a full ride of hills, drills and endurance thrills with motivating music and awesome instructors.

An inspiring workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your Virtual Cycle Instructor who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

Group - Strength

Group Power is a one-hour cutting edge strength training workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong .It combines traditional strength training with full-body, innovative exercises using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, body weight, The STEP, heart-pounding music, and expert coaching. GET MUSCLE 7 MOVEMENT STRONG!

Instructor led 30 minute group training on the Cybex Weight Circuit. Structured in one minute intervals, we have combined cardio with strength training to tone your entire body while burning calories. Please pick up a number at the front desk 15 minutes prior to class time to secure a spot.

A non-stop full body workout. Each instructor provides their own unique mix of cardio, strength and core training. Be ready to work hard, have fun and get results!

Group - Core, Yoga & Pilates

Designed to incorporate the fundamentals of yoga posture, alignment and breath while offering a diverse range of styles with each instructor drawing from a background of Yoga flow, strength based poses, weights (always optional) and weaving in some positive life philosophies.

This mat workout includes concentrated work on core strength, body alignment and muscle balance. Resistance bands, weights and Bender Ball may be used to add variety and challenge.

Group - Active Older Adults

This class is designed for active adults who seek a beginner to intermediate total body workout. Using barbells/free weights, you will improve strength, cardio, core and stretching which will strengthen and tone your entire body.

Boost your metabolism and burn calories while having fun moving to the oldies.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head to toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.

Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Increase your flexibility and balance while practicing restorative breathing exercises for stress reduction and mental clarity. Chair support is offered.
