Pilates Mat with Gina

This mat-centered class concentrates on core strength, body alignment, and muscle balance. The instructor may also introduce additional equipment, like resistance bands or weights to add variety and increase difficulty (optional).

An inspiring workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your Cycle Instructor who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

Machine Circuit with Annette

Instructor led 30 minute group training on the Cybex Weight Circuit. Structured in one minute intervals, we have combined cardio with strength training to tone your entire body while burning calories. Please pick up a number at the front desk 15 minutes prior to class time to secure a spot.
