Silver Sneakers Classic with Lisa
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and overall coordination. Stay active and keep doing the daily activates you love! Classes utilize hand-held weights, elastic resistance bands, and a chair for both seated and/or standing support.
