A traditional yoga session which is designed to incorporate the fundamentals of posture, alignment, and deep breathing. Out instructors offer a wide array of styles and backgrounds – all of which are centered on Yoga flow, traditional poses, and positive energy.

An non-stop full body workout. Each instructor provides their own unique mix of cardio, strength and core training. Be ready to work hard, have fun and get results!

Machine Circuit with Annette

Instructor led 30 minute group training on the Cybex Weight Circuit. Structured in one minute intervals, we have combined cardio with strength training to tone your entire body while burning calories. Please pick up a number at the front desk 15 minutes prior to class time to secure a spot.

Pilates Mat with Gina

This mat-centered class concentrates on core strength, body alignment, and muscle balance. The instructor may also introduce additional equipment, like resistance bands or weights to add variety and increase difficulty (optional).

Cardio Strength & Core with Randy

Three dynamic formats packed into one intense class! If you like variety, then you will love the spontaneity of this class. Every class covers cardio, strength and core with a different twist each week!
